Extra Beds:
Children up to 2 years old are free of charge. Baby-cot can be provided free of charge upon request. Guests from 2 up to 15 years old are considered children, whereas guests from 16 years old and over are considered adults, and respective rates for additional beds apply. Children +10% on the price of the double/bed/day, Adult +20% on the price of the double/day.

Pets:
Pets are welcome, upon communication before the arrival.
The maximum number of pets is 1. There is an extra charge of 10€/stay for housekeeping. Pets are not allowed on furniture, and to remain alone in the bungalows or on the terrace without supervision.
Reservations & Cancellations:
Bungalow reservation is considered completed only with a deposit of:
100% of the total cost of a 1 day stay,
50% of the total cost of a 2 day stay,
30% of the total cost of 3 days of stay and over.
For cancellation up to 21 days before arrival, the deposit is fully refunded. Any bank transfer costs are charged to the customer.
For cancellation from the 21st day until the 8th day from the date of arrival the deposit is refunded at 50%.
In case of cancellation or change of dates within seven days from the date of arrival the deposit is non-refundable.
Ways of Payment:
The deposit payment can be made via transfer to one of the available bank accounts found below, or via payment invoice sent to an email account of your choice, and paid with a credit/debit card we accept. This process can be done easily and with safety via our partner EveryPay*.
The remaining amount can be paid upon arrival or departure by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash.
